And every fourteen minutes I scan something in myWork... seriously- anything... and refresh the alerts in REDwire. It is Ridiculous that I have to do this... but otherwise, I don't get alerts...

If you have one team member that does more talking than working, the team usually feels like it is better to zone alone in individual sections because otherwise three team members are working...
