Anyone been told they aren’t allowing Covid related LOA extensions anymore? I heard yesterday that if you call the number to extend, they tell you they can no longer approve it for you, even if you haven’t reached your 120 day mark, and to call your stores HR since only they can approve it now...

I know names can’t be given of team members who have tested positive but what is official protocol from corporate as to what can be told? Is management allowed to let us know if we have been in direct contact with the person that tested positive? I feel like a text message going out letting...

What was the reason you put for filing for unemployment?.... cut hours? I know someone that was going to file because of being on an loa but she said there was no option for the circumstance and she so far hasn’t been able to get in touch with anyone to actually ask.

So does that mean that people can take a second 30 day paid LOA if they have already taken one, or just that the ability to take one 30 day paid LOA has been extended?

It is not happening excessively, just more than I’m comfortable with seeing as I’m kind of a perfectionist. Hence the reason I was reaching out here in hopes of getting some new tips and ideas on how to handle the uptick in drive ups while still being provided next to no coverage to do it.
