If you are on a corrective action and you happen to go on an LOA it will the time will be extended out until you return to work. Once you return then it will continue at e same time frame in which you left. I.e. you leave for six months while only at the two month mark of your CA then you will...

We had 3 interns at our store last summer...

Actually it does not count towards overtime since it is not actually "time worked". It is just considered 8hours of regular holiday pay.

We have been going crazy with asking people to extend and with overtime. We have been killing sales by 15k to 20k each day that we have been gaining that extra flex payroll.

Someone has to much time on their hands.

That is actually correct... It was sent out about two weeks ago in an email and it stated that the last round of great team heroes would be in October. After that they are putting a temp hold on the program.
