Man this is so sad - going above and beyond used to earn people promotions, now it's expected and everyone is doing it to compete for that raise. There's legitimately no reason to go above and beyond, and no reason to work harder other than fear of being fired at this point.

Jesus christ what a mess I'm honestly surprised they don't have an auditor position - while yes, people are supposed to be printing price accuracy labels when they set pogs, sometimes stuff gets missed (looking at you, electronics and toys). Having a price auditor helps catch that kinda stuff.
