Having set electronics and toys many times over 12 years, any time after Halloween toys can take pretty much all day to set. I don't know much about domestics/furniture/bedding as I only helped in those areas a few times.

No, you are doing great. Your store just has unreasonable expectations. Please don't feel like there is anything wrong with your speed. The fact that you've gotten it done 2x amazes me.

Obviously your store leadership doesn't care that much if they didn't communicate your goal to you.

It's bad. I think the goal is 98% and higher but the last year that I did it, it was not attainable because other people weren't doing their part and other mess ups. I still got in the high 90s though.

I'm sure if I still worked at Target they would find a way for me to do it even with my limited availability.

Yes but not all stores follow that. It seems most don't. Mine did but only because they were use to me doing it for 11 years anyways and didn't want to mess with it.

I have a pair of shorts made by Merona in a plus size they don't even carry up to in stores anymore. I've had them like 14 years and they are just now starting to get holes in them. It makes me sad. I don't know how the new stuff holds up, but I'm shocked these shorts have lasted me this long.

I don't work at Target anymore but I did a drive up this morning and the app told me because of the holiday season my order might take longer than usual. But they haven't adjusted the goal time for you all? That sucks.

I think that probably varies based on stores but in my 13 years for the most part there was always just the one person. During peak times there would be overlaps with a person working a mid shift, in addition to the opener and closer, and not just one person working a short shift and leaving...
