What I will say is that one thing is consistent among all theses situations, the people doing the returns are giving off many red flags.

I was vague with what I initially said, I have encountered this with fake/altered receipts along with it prompting for the GSTL override, the receipt itself has the date scratched off and on two occasion the price of item being returned was way higher than the selling price. I have denied these...

Anyone ever tried to return an item and after scanning the receipt and the first item, POS asks for GSTL override code? I've had a string of these returns lately and they have all been sketchy...

The guest needs to reset the drive up on their side. Just ask them to cancel the drive up and then say they are on their way again.

Yeah new POS sucks, we had to roll back a couple of our registers to old POS because guest wait time was going up.

Your safety is more important than Target. Call HR, your ETL or a trusted TL and explain your situation to them and they should understand. If they don't, then SCREW them. It's not worth it.
