Two guest advocates found better jobs and put in their notice, closing TL is transferring. I just did a second interview elsewhere and as soon as I get a firm offer, background check and urine test clears, I'm planning to make my exit before Black Friday if not by Halloween.

The SETLs have issues managing so if anything, good TMs are bearing the burden of the poor performers to keep the front afloat.

Well as a former GSA myself, the former GSAs are held to leadership standards at my store but not a penny more than their peers. Which is why I’ve been job searching because of I’m tired of the shit.

Must be nice, the new SETLs are driving out the experienced folk and morale is terrible atm.

Looks like the front will be perpetually hiring because from what I’ve heard from every cashier, almost all of them have been looking elsewhere for work or looking to transfer out. Myself included, 4th quarter is coming and I’m not looking to be around for it.

Could be a case of developing said team members into TLs and so expects a higher standard of quality work. Like those who are benched.

Doesn’t seem that great tbh - basically getting the redcard discount without the card.

The impending drive ups is lighting a fire under my ass so I can get out before Thanksgiving.
