I agree with you but at the same time there's some inbound team members that just don't want to learn. All they wanna do is just push and not help guests, zone as they go, or do their own backstock.

According to my PMT, cleaning crew is only supposed to clean the ambient room. Pfresh team "owns" the coolers and are supposed to mop them. I don't know if that's company wide or just district wide.

$36/hr? The highest I've heard for a Sr.TL is $30/hr($62,000 a year) and that's in a high cost area. The average personal income in the US for full-time workers is $32,000 a year, so if you make twice that much as a retail supervisor you're doing extremely well.

I wasn't properly trained, but I still stayed. I learned by asking questions and watching other team members.

This whole "expert" thing bothers me. Not every team member is capable of being an "expert". It's unfair that lazy and unproductive team members make the same pay as hard working and productive team members while having the same title due to modernization.

But but, I thought Target wanted to "compete" with Amazon by expanding SFS. lol Most seasonal applicants will be flocking to Amazon because of the higher pay. I think Target will have a hard time with reaching the hiring goal.

I work Tuesday through Saturday, so my "weekend" is Sundays and Mondays. I like it because I hate working Sundays and Mondays lol.
