Today I matched my pick units and productivity to be the same as my peer it was interesting how big of a difference compared to when I was going above beyond everyday. Now that they say I’m just meeting expectations I’ll show them whatsup.

I love the new pick time 90 mins this is my calling. My store is the highest volume in district as well. It used to be 30mins so this doesn’t faze me at all. Slow TMs need to be performances out imo but with the whole COVID shyt they probably need all the bodies plus as usual hours cut for all...

90min goal times flexes? That’s not bad at all. We had 30mins and 1 hour before all the COVID mess plus this will motivate my team at least since they’re pretty fast but getting less motivated due to leadership micromanaging them to push freight from the trucks everyday.

My store doesn’t have any Fulfillment TL me and my co workers just work together to deal with all problems that’s in our department. We train all new members oversee them and adapting to all the new stuff all on our own we have nobody to watch over us STL and ETL GM are our actual leaders all...

It’s already happening at my store . Team leaders does nothing they make the schedule and become cheerleaders to everyone mostly higher ups. While the team members does all the work planning training adapting.
