My guess is that my LOD hits overtime despite taking longer lunches or clocking in later, hence them asking her to clock out early.

I'd be surprised if they replaced Xhiliration with this brand. Xhiliration makes the second highest sales in my store.

Personally, I don't really care about the little gifts or recognition in huddles. It just feels good to have a TL/ETL recognize that I've been working hard and say good job right after I complete a task.
