You also forget the strictness of post modernization..there’s no more cutting corners..catching someone ONCE not asking for red cards or not being the embodiment of guest service is immediate coachings. You gotta be able to stomach pushback and able to handle confrontation with your own team...

Then my store, which hit 45mil last year is considered as "high volume" because we are getting this role added. Is there any other way to measure volume besides yearly sales? Cause if we go by the old chart, we would be considered a high B or a low A. I thought high volume was AA-AAA+??

Anyone have any insight of what this beauty and tech lead role is? How are they able to manage two sides of the store effectively in one day?

Is it normal for GSA’s to do Q1 conversations with TM’s? Cause I got talked to by my GSA not my GSTL. Are they going to make him a GSTL? He talked to more TM’s than our GSTL like by a 12 person difference.

Cutting or adding depends on store volume right? Like an ULV and a High Volume won’t have the same TL count right?
