    Just go to HR and tell them to leave your name off the calendar. We did it for a team member at my store. Not bc he thinks anyone is violating his privacy but bc he is painfully shy and doesn't like attention of any kind.

    No. Saw it in an email last week that we will not be enforcing it. They want the team member at the front to mention the mask mandate. And when the guest refuses there's some rambling bs speech about how we trust that the guest is doing what's best for their families and others blah blah blah.

    We started this yesterday. Our SD is adamant that the team member scheduled for cleaning is to just be cleaning. They can't even hop on for backup; the only exception being helping out occasionally with drive ups.

    If I'm remembering correctly opened video games can't be returned out right but can be exchanged for the same title on a different platform. So if she bought an Xbox one game but should've gotten PS4 we can do that. But no straight return for an opened game

    Oh my goodness I said the same thing! I just feel like this isn't the end if the reinvents. They told me we don't have anywhere to keep them. Um...what about the fixture room? And like Phish said we can use them on the walls. So much could've been done. But they don't listen to me.
