I'm having the same experience, picking several newer batches at once to try to relieve the pressure and it's not having any effect. Picking 15ish items at a time seems to be a losing battle, though, too. (But admittedly faster to put into hold, if you can get into the overcrowded hold area.)...

I'm still getting 40 in Fulfillment, but I'm also one of the few who have FF as their primary workcenter and have been there for more than a few weeks/months. I think they're expecting me to hold all of SFS together for the rest of the year.

ASANTS. Some stores take it very seriously, but my store doesn't care at all -- at least when it comes to Fulfillment team. I think I hit compliance twice in my 90 and no one said anything to me.

Our HR ETL was just let go this month. We only have an HR TM now.

We're starting to run 2 TM/day on FF, too. 6-2:30 and 1:30-10. We were already struggling with 3 TM a day, IDK how they think cutting to 2 is a good idea. It's impossible for the opener to keep up with both SFS and OPU for seven and a half hours on their own.

At my store, Flex can wear black shirts. It really doesn't help with invisibility, though. I think I get stopped just as much, if not more, whilst wearing black. Some guests have mistakenly assumed I was a manager because of my nonconforming 'uniform'.
