    I am sorry for you and your team’s loss. Our store lost a TM a few years back in the store. I know it changed those team members that witness it. I still remember coming to work a finding out. It still hits hard every year. The TM that we lost was well loved by everyone.

    All of this. As a TL, our ETL-HR expects us to have conversations about attendance. He did nothing wrong there. If there is a situation, where you wanted to speak to HR about the circumstances behind your absences, that is up to you. The TL still is required to give a PIP,CA or Final to the TM.

    I could be wrong as well as ASANT, but if you are not a lead already, I don’t think you can transfer into a lead position. I am sure you could apply for that position internally. I would definitely reach out to your HR Leader.

    COVID-19 and 90 day probation period

    The biggest thing is not to let your attendance get out of control. Don’t be late. We had to let a TM go before 90 day because of attendance. It was because of the combined lateness and absences. Attendance is my best pet peeve, but it’s not the the call offs.

    COVID-19 Coronavirus...

    The part that people are forgetting is that not every TM/Leader would be getting the normal $2 raise this year. If you are already making $15, you would normally not get the $2. So it is definitely something that is helpful during this time, even though it was in the budget.

    Target is definitely essential. I also understand gloves and mask but I rather hospital and clinics get those masks. My mother is a respiratory therapist in her 60’s, I rather her and the others treating the CoVId-19 patients receive those first.

    Looking at this as a leader, as my HR has said “ they are requests.” I get it sucks but if 5 people put in the same request. Some people will be denied. It had happen before. It does suck but your leaders are running a business. If they can’t fix those shifts, definitely get those on the swap...
