Our store has one person assigned to the front to clean carts and baskets. We haven't had a roving cleaner in months. A cart is at the front of the store with masks for anyone who wants one. No one cleans the rest of the store throughout the day. The carts and baskets cleaner comes in at 6 or 7...
I read the science and facts. Sadly, you do not. If you ever bothered at all. Once again, it is selfish. All about you. I really believe it has nothing to do with science, facts or politics. It is just selfishness. If you really cared about people you would do the right thing. And that's not...
Being an adult means taking responsibility for yourself and doing what is right. I don't consider myself a sheep. I look at the facts and the science. It's all there but you choose to ignore it or maybe not even bother to read it in the first place. Ditch reading the conspiracy theories. You say...
What it comes down to is people who don't want to wear masks just don't want to be told what to do. They don't care who it hurts or why. They say its because of conspiracies or politics or whatever but in the end its just about them. They don't care if they infect anyone else because they are...
Wearing masks is not being controlled. It is called doing the right thing for yourself and those around you. It is a way to stop transmission of the virus. Wearing a mask can be somewhat of a pain but it is not all about me, me, me. If everyone who could have would have done what is needed...

Does anyone know when cleaning the store for Covid will end? My store gets 150 hours per week to clean. Just wondering since some people are only scheduled for carts and baskets cleaning now.
Our store did McDonalds; nuggets, fries, pies. Unfortunately, it comes once and if you are on a closing shift it's whatever is left. If anything at all. Which is typical, order once and to hell with the closing shift.
I also think Target will have a hard time keeping new hires if it keeps going this way. I know in our store call offs are aplenty everyday and most people just leave with no two weeks notice.
Oh and most times don't call anyone in to replace the call offs.
It's very hard to be excited about about a process that doesn't seem to be thought through adequately. But what its really about cutting staff to save payroll. Since the hourly rate went up corporate wants to keep payroll down. Back when we made $9 or $10 hourly we had adequate staff but since...
