    Archived Entertainment Team Member?

I have a revision specialist in all but name (because they took that from me), so he does the weekly revisions in E&E. Our entertainment zone does suffer for not having a specialist, however.

Archived Planogram NOT done, shift is over. Doesn't matter, CLOCK OUT!

I would be constantly updating your PTL with progress (if they don't check on yout to begin with) because consistently not finishing daily workloads is something I would coach & CCA my TMs for. I consider myself to be pretty sympathetic to how shitty the adjacency hours can be compared to...

    Archived AE 2015 Official Thread

Yes, @ONMIPOTENCE has a better way of phrasing it. The % goal is not going to be the same across the board anymore, it will be more personalized to the store and the market it is in.

    Archived AE 2015 Official Thread

Not nearly as bad as AE14. One of the biggest things is that they're getting rid of conversion and giving out individual goals per store, based on LY numbers and market penetration. No solid goals yet, so I am not sure if these will actually be realistic.

Archived What is Target's weather policy?

We've have already started our snow plans, including setting up a hotel room for the SrTL who closes on Mondays.

My AE15 meeting is on Monday. I'm sure it will be filled with horrific changes.

    Archived pog question.

Children's book POGs should have either 3 or 4 tiered shelves that allow up to 12 label strips per 4 foot section. If you do not have tiered shelves, this may be the cause of your dilemma.

    Archived Yearly Performance Evaluation?

EX is basically a 4/5, so you did rather well. The % of your raise is still dependent on your store and if they were not allocated enough for all the people to get high scores, you may even be dropped down to an E. Shitty, but it definitely happens. They just don't like to tell people about it.

Same info here, I was told on Monday. I am not looking forward to telling my team this.

Archived The Big & Dandy Plano thread!

haha, oops! I definitely didn't mean to post that because I could not find the number anywhere. It only says "MEXICO" on the sheets and I have no packaging. :(

A lazy PTL doesn't last very long.

Archived The Big & Dandy Plano thread!

Aah, sorry! My store has been crazy lately, all the new transitions after the holidays. We never received the Q-Tip fixture, so I wasn't able to get a picture for you. :(

    Archived ETL-HR a nightmare

My ETL-HR is possibly the most condescending man I have ever met. He has taken multiple vacations within the last year, all around times when it is important for HR to be there (say, when hiring seasonal people for Q4??). He has no real concept of how the salesfloor is run because he rarely...

    Archived cashier mistake

In my store, the leaders don't like to move "problems" if it's general performance issues. However, I had to move a TM on my team (presentation) to cashier because she was so accident prone (3 incident reports in 6 months!) She was killing our safety scores.

Archived How close are you with your TLs?

I get along very well with my peers and have a tolerable relationship with the ETLs. As TLs we're all pretty united in the fact that our bosses do not do shit to help us (physical work, anyway).

Archived Do you actually like your job?

My ETL actually asked me this last week. I am incapable of sugar coating my answers to him.
