that is certainly true,the only time you can believe what is being said is if you are promoted or at your review time,when what they really think of you comes out,otherwise almost everything else is smoke.

target has long used the tool of making certain tms feel as they are "super tms" by dangling carrots such as "you were talked about at the tl meeting" and recognizing all their great stats only to drop the other foot when that tm goes out of favor,so yes for that tm it is like a demotion,silly...

Exactly,as long as you are not doing anything wrong.they can have can have a dozen cameras around you,and it doesn't matter,ignore them
