Spent my day off today taking the written test and passed for the sheriffs department I am applying to. Have my physical test next Tuesday and then I'll have a background check(much longer and more thorough than Spots).

After 5 years as a team member and now 4 months of the ETL world I have started my exit from Target. I have realized that the hours I am putting in, constant Groupme messages on my days off, and the expectations for the pay I am receiving is not worth it. I thought once I got to the ETL level...

That's awesome! I just started AP with Target on Monday. I am finding it hard to change my mindset to the AP style, I guess it will come with time though. CIHYFS is just so embedded in my brain it's almost embarrassing....

My stores have given much more information to my future employers, but to their credit I asked them to and am still employed with Target.

Costco, without a doubt. A family friend is the "ETL-HR" and in line to be an "STL" at her Costco and started at an hourly team member with no degree.

Sorry to be harsh but I doubt she'll even read our responses and even if so they will not change her mind about how she is going to handle the situation. If you can't handle a job for three months why take it... This happens every year during seasonal and it's ridiculous!
