    It's frustrating for sure but unlike some of these others they higher straight out of college who are already an " expert," he has a desire to learn and grow. I would rather build him up so he can be an exception unlike these other ETLs who are too stubborn to listen.

    Hang in there it doesn't sound like you were setup for success at all. However seeing how you survived q4 it should be getting easier, not harder. A lot in this company is sink or swim. Are you a salesfloor etl? How are your team leads? Are your underperformers on paper?

    Welcome Jasmine. Some of our best seasonals are ship from store. One of them is a backfill from our lazy backroom tm who takes forever to pull the 1s and the 3s and listens to the same metallica song everyday on repeat. Hope your store is able to make a permanent spot for you should you want it
