    The mass information on this subject is laughable. In a related matter my TL said I should be able pull, push, and backstock 40 DCPI an hour. That totally ignores casestock and a single DCPI could have 20+ eaches and having to use the Wave and/or huge ladder.

    It took my example about 7. She didn't have much support as a TL at our store and said her new one is a lot better.

    How long did that take? I don't think I would have moved, took a demotion, unless I was offered a TL spot within a certain time frame. In my example that TM find out the new store was much better run better. This person wasn't planning to become a TL again AFAIK.

    I know a TL that did this because she was moving too far from our store. She had to get permission to demote then transfer to another but it took less than a month. I recently saw her and she is now a TL at her new store which is interesting.

    I would just reapply and not state the reason you were let go unless asked. I would apply online, contact HR maybe a week later, if no response maybe a week after that. If they don't get back to you just move on. Companies (not just Target) are always slow when in regards to hire regardless...
