    I believe you have to only use your Redcard to get the extra 5%. I paid for groceries using a gift card and I did not get the extra 5%.

    Ours happens in the Fall. Other stores in the Spring. The store spends a week or less getting things ready. An outside company (Rgis) does our actual inventory mostly overnight.

    When we fake tie a POG for whatever reason, we change the capacities to zero. That way nothing drops into the pulls.

    How does your stores overnight process work?

    We've been overnight for years, although we did go to 4am when Modernization started. That was a hot mess. Overnight is much better. Truck gets done and all planos/revisions/salesplans. Been back on overnights for almost a year due to Covid.
