At our store hr does the frontend schedules. All of them. I recently moved to Starbucks \food. My stl said we'll look into me being able to do my teams schedule in the future but as of now I don't. I wish they'd have let me do my schedule when I was GSTL. I did do the sap orders though.

I know a few of our TL's actively try to hide from the DTL on visits. If they see him coming they remember there was something they had to do in the other direction. I can't run away so I stay busy unless I see my STL giving me that "come over here" look.

I'm with you. Mine has been communicates effectively for awhile. I was surprised at first because I communicate ALot but if no one listens its not "effective". I've yet to figure out how to "effectively" tell people to use common sense and just do your job.
