    It used to be within 90 days before the new workday. If i remember coachings were still valid for a year from the date they were given. Pro tip: enter it into workday the day you do it to avoid further issue.

    It seems to be successful in gm1 you need to have an stl that isnt afraid to not go by the guide. Planning and scheduling are key too.

    I think given the choice between target at 15 an hour and fast food at 15/hour. What would people choose? Food service is hard and menial but at least you have seperation of labor.

    Lol it says in the guide dont muscle the push but how does the work get done? The team members that care enough about the job are rare. If you coach the poor performers they just cry and say you are being mean. Maybe Target should add a safety crying zone next to the break room.

    The logistics process is broken entirely for Target. 4 am and 6 am start times is unrealisitc and stupid! With flow you need to get one piece green at a time.

    You can apply to other stores as a TL but you will need your stl and etls blessing. The store you apply to will ask them about you. You should have a talk with your etl hr and stl and let them know you are interested in open TL positions in other stores. You could also say its a financial burden...
