ASANTS. At my store the ETLS have two days off a week and every other weekend. They normally only work like 8/9-4 and the open LOD is 6:30-3 and closing LOD is 2:30-10. Of course this is a bit light right now, it’s way more during the summer and holiday but it’s slow right now.

Eh, ASANTS I guess. My ETL’s are usually busy helping with truck or back stocking. They maybe get Starbucks together once a week and that’s maybe for 15 minutes. Otherwise they’re helping us on the floor and then once a week they spend most of the day in the office schedule writing.

I don’t know how they expect me to service guests when there’s 16 flats waiting to pushed, 40 batches in move, im covering flexes and it’s 8:00pm... not to mention pallets upon pallets of back stock. Small gifts and a nice thanks is great. We have a pretty hardworking team, but just watch and when they’re having a good day (whether it’s as good as you want it to be or not) just buy them a candy bar or a drink or something.
