The fact that I can fire every hourly person in my store from home (besides the PML), have access to their SSN #, Address, etc.. to me is crazy for a TM position in HR. Why give us so much access to pay us the same as regular TMs?

Lol people like you have no idea what goes into running an HR Department. We do tons of things that aren’t visible on your end so of course you have such an ignorant opinion. You probably do the bare minimum in your role and here you are trying to put HR down like it’s nothing.
When you were at orientation did you write on your training schedule that your max hours were 20? Also, since your are under the 90-day probation period you really aren’t allowed to change your availability. I would talk to the ETL-HR or your ETL.
