    The fact that I can fire every hourly person in my store from home (besides the PML), have access to their SSN #, Address, etc.. to me is crazy for a TM position in HR. Why give us so much access to pay us the same as regular TMs?

    My TL’s and ETL’s all share the cubicle like setting and only my SD and HR ETL have offices.

    At my store there’s always an ETL that stays until about 7:30 to cover the Closing Lead’s 45.

    When you were at orientation did you write on your training schedule that your max hours were 20? Also, since your are under the 90-day probation period you really aren’t allowed to change your availability. I would talk to the ETL-HR or your ETL.
