    All kinds of spot on, I know you are anxious but a lot depends on you, how you sell yourself, their opinions of you. I don't know if its the same store or district but a good reputation goes a long way.

    Well the idea is that if everyone is a 3, your store has nothing to improve on (obviously not true). It would be nice if you could grade everyone simply on their own merits but instead you have to kind of grade on a curb of who is at the top and where do people fall in after them.

    I can attest that in some districts, they will push back if you give too many 3's. My DTL said "If someone gets a 3, I need it to be backed up."

    To answer your question yes your store has the right to do this. If you are a GSA your store feels good about your leadership and wants you or a peer therr as much as possible.

    Low volume stores really feel the crunch this time of year. I was at an AA and even though your store is busier its huge having more tms. At a C or B volume sometimes the TL only has one opener besides themself. They are the team.

    You want to hit your payroll hours. Too low and you lose them next month, too much and you get called out for not managing payrolls. Some districts are really anal about overtime too

    Yetive is probably right I close tonight and need to double check I thought TL pay was 3.50 over base but maybe its 4.

    It won't the TL minimum is raising to 15.50 It depends on your position but at a 11 dollar store the tm max is like 17 or so for cashier, flow, hardlines, etc... You can go above the max if you get a 3 on your review but it's only a 2.5% raise instead of 5%

    That's only when you're new to Target. For bench interviews they generally want Target examples since by that point you should have been in a store a while and they will want to know what you have taken from your development opportunities.

    Yes you will generally interview with your etl hr, stl and possibly your dtl depending on your district.
