Yeah and that how sometimes it is working in retail. Certain "guest" think they are better then other guest and deserve everything on a silver platter. And if they don't they will tear you a new one. Even if they are the nicest tm ever.

Depends on the store and district I would say. Being a GSA in our district or a brand attendant somewhere on the sales floor is a sure way to get on the bench to be a TL.
At my store there are two 2 Srtl hl, 1 srtl br, and I'm a srtl-gs. We are not suppose to have these many srtls though but our stl always gets his way with the dtl.
