    Yea, had an exec tell me that they can write up a pdd when ever they want, but they don't have to tell me. The ways in which "coaching" is being done is more the "make you feel like dog poop" on a day that had started nicely. Not the "hey let me help you be better"

    I have challenged recently, only to have my exec make me face the tl that is the problem. As usual the tl showed their arse, but the exec did nothing to correct the tl actions.
