    I think it's horrible that target uses the word coaching to have negative contations. Coaching is supposed to be encouraging and seeing someone's potentional not getting them in trouble.

    Talk to your ETL-Human Resources or Store Team Leader (General manager) about your situation. If they refused to listen try calling the employee hotline. Also if that's you in your picture it's best to change it. It's a good idea to try to remain anonymous on this site

    They can only give out your date of hire and your last day and whether they would rehire you. They can't say why/if you were fired or what they thought of you. Target won't give out personal references
