I was closing team lead for a few months, but I've since moved on to a different role (manager at Amazon). Maybe I'll be back one day.

If you're the overnight ETL, and are given the resources for it, then I get it. That still seems like a big amount of work though.

Why did home and seasonal get merged into SS? I thought specialty sales were supposed to be the things that would require "specialty knowledge" to engage with the customer on. Home and seasonal is pretty "general merchandise" in my view

Oh yeah, I totally get it's a lot of work, and I can respect the workload and difficulty of the role. When I was shift lead at a much smaller store (~$1-2 mil/year) it was already stressful. Anyways, I guess I'll just do my best and we'll see how things come of it

I applied for a district wide role I think, and the store I was placed at isn't the same one as the interviewer was SD at, so IDK how exactly that works.
