    Actually the first belt requires no project just an exam. The black belt is what requires a project, I’ve since partnered with me senior and hrbp concerning it and hr is looking to see if it qualifies for tuition reimbursement or not

    That's not encouraging, as I'm trying to eventually transfer to a store for an etl spot hopefully once I decide to do it it won't take to terribly long willing to take any store within a 45-60 min drive of my desired area

    I've a supervisor that did that she was in the D.C. As a team member then took a job at the store for years left went to tj max then came back with a promotion and then moved back to the D.C. For another promotion.

    We have recently started seeing OM or gl getting hired without degrees based on experience in a similar field or leadership/management position. We have one currently I know of and a senior om with no degree as well . Also recently they have started promoting from within the company
