    @Angel If you're a new TM, that's common. @PStorm It sucks to put in a lot of work, and get nothing in return man. I know some TM's who just don't care anymore. They go in and do the bare minimum, because they know they will get the same hours, and most likely the same review score.

    100% true. When i moved into electronics, the first day they gave me a pda and a walkie and said good luck. I didn't even have training. I didn't know where the call buttons were or how to read aisles. Man that was a stressful day for me.

    Some TL's do make their job look easy. At my store, my instocks TL makes his job look like paradise, but when i see my flow or plano TL, they look like they are going to rip the hair out of their head. Guest it depends.

    I always wondered about this. IMO i think logistics and Plano are the hardest. Instocks being the easiest. Just looking at what they have to do and such.
