I'm a former SrTL and me and the other former SrTL are the only ones closing. Closing TL takes vacation? One of us has to close. It's really annoying, especially since they took away the pay + key carrier pay. If we're all the same now, everyone should have to close, just my opinion.

Was promoted from TM to SrTL. I had two weeks of LOD training, zero TL training.

I think it's hard to have a closing routine, as priorities change daily. My suggestion, if you're getting no direction, is to pick what you can complete. Don't start stocking a pallet if you can't finish it, but if you know you can finish those grocery uboats, do those.

Thank you. My truck is not overnight, we're a 6am ulv. 3 trucks a week, 4 BR TMs + TL. My store has the brtl also oversee SFS.

So I'm currently and SR Salesfloor TL, and being moved to backroom to meet headcount. I'm wondering if anyone else is a SR TL backroom. Do you still have a closing night? My current closing night is the evening before a truck. Just looking for some insight as logistics is not my strong suit.

Is my store the only one who has never had a VM set the adjacency? Even before end to end, we've always had a SL TM do them. VM & I (SLTL) walk them for accuracy, but she's never set one.

Review are tied to sales. The more your store makes, the more good reviews they can give. Last year, I had to give multiple people the lowest score, but because we killed sales this year I only had one.

Totally agree. That's with my merit raises. Think the base for SrTL at my store was $15ish when I got promoted.

Maybe I'm in the minority here, but I do "grunt work" with my team. Not only do I feel it helps me earn their respect, but sometimes the only way to see issues, is to work right alongside them. I'm not saying I always do, but at least once a week I'm doing price change, pushing truck, or setting...

I almost locked a TM inside once. She didn't respond when I called for everyone to turn in equipment and clock out. She came up front just as I was letting the team out. Now I always check names off on the grid, just to be safe.

Yes, our evening Fitting Room is just another zoner. Our cleaning crew also cleans the fitting rooms, but my schedule of cleaning also covers dusting mannequins and other fixtures.
