Are you saying that if i wanted to interview i could? does it actually start with interviews with ETL's or is it just the district TL?

I have twice before. I just sat down with the ETL hr and he said he would get me a mentor and start developmental training I applied, but was told you have to have the ok from your TL and ETL to start interviewing.
