Honestly why should the DBOs have to respond to front end stuff now? They earn the same amount that a DBO does and no tasks. How is that fair? Grab the cashier that's reading a magazine before bothering a DBO trying to do the work of 3 people.

Yesterday, i had a guest start clapping his hands to get my attention. I just kept walking and was like nope not helping you.

When guests try to return HBA items with a gift receipt, we decline and tell them we need a copy of the original receipt. They get mad but i dont give a damn. :)

Has anyone elses store been getting calls from angry guests that have been waiting in line at checkout? For the past several weeks we've been getting people calling on the red phones and their cell phones asking for us to open more registers.
