    I agree, and this is why I hate human nature. Target offered a great benefit so it’s tm’s could have financial piece of mind, and people took advantage of it. There are people at my dc that took covid vacation at least 10 times. One girl even posted pics on Fb saying she was going on a road trip...

    No. I’m hoping for some sort of permanent raise in October sometime. That way people don’t quit before peak.

    I get where the op is coming from. There are a large number of people that take advantage of the 2 weeks off. Also, I believe everyone gets the bonus. Even those on loa.

    Thank you. I was talking to people at work and they made it sound like I wouldn’t get it as it only pays to 40. Kind of like if you were to go home sick in a week you worked ot. You wouldn’t get that sick pay.

    Worked ot sunday, worked Tuesday-Thursday. Bereavement friday, Tuesday and Wednesday. Not sure how that works with ot the same week.

    Pay raise

    They changed that. They say they look at the max pay rate monthly to “ensure they can attract top talent”. They only did this so they aren’t obligated to tell you every year if you get a rate increase or not since they no longer give out the bonus if they don’t increase it.
