Our PMT just ran our trailer today. Unloaded the 2000 piece trailer, threw up all of market's beverage backstock, half the GM backstock. I love our Flow TL but our PMT has height, age, and stamina on his side.

My butt was able to merch and sell about 150 of the large cases of Gogo Squeeze over the weekend by moving it in the basket up front. Now THAT'S Selling at its finest :D

Every Leader in our store has a grid of TM's with scores 1-4 on performance and guest experience. If our DTL were to ever ask how TM's are doing and sees "Ohh SoSo from food is level 4 for service! Let's move them over to Beauty/Apparel/Electronics"

I'm not sure how this will work with Consumables. There is just so much work involved with culling, steritech, vendors, cafe, sbux and the amount of push involved especially in high volume stores. :confused:
