No there is not lol. But there is a 6 month goal/metric/check-in merit increase, which is kinda like a signing bonus.

I know this year a few things changed with Holiday Pay without much communication. Does anyone know if Leads still get paid for Xmas eventhough the store is closed? This is my second holiday at Target but I swore we did last year.

Well, I was thinking of enrolling in the HR management certification they offer for University of Phoenix, costs about $8,000. But it is listed as a Undergraduate Certification, I wonder if that would qualify. It's also a 8 month course so does that mean I pay the rest? I was looking into it...

It's costing me $50 a year for unlimited services up to $2500 I believe. Which is perfectly fine with me. I got a root canal, a cleaning, etc for those 50 dollars. The crown is a little different and that's costing me $210 while the insurance covers the rest.

And I missed it! I've been in the process of moving and I just transferred stores with a new role. I'm a mess! Really concerned I'm gonna loose my benefits as of April 1st. I have benefits currently from when I got hired 6 months back but now I'm lost.

I'm sure it's still up for negotiation if you are an external hire. Our newest GSA got hired at $15 while the others were at $12. But getting hired that high for GSA probably means they are trying to get you to replace someone in the future, perhaps a GSTL.

It sounds to me like you aren't getting a raise based on performance, it's simply the bump you are entitled to for being under the minimum TL base. Hardlines is split by whatever leadership sees fit and Beauty is apart of that. However your raise next year could benefit from your performance...

Yeah I think it's officially more like $15, obviously every store is different. You can get bumped up depending on your years of experience. I know peers that are at base and others that are much higher.

But Food Ave never wear their hat's! It's no longer required for them. Sbux doesn't even require it in their locations and my state doesn't require it. I think it's a "brand" thing for Tarbucks. I hope they will look into getting rid of those.

I'm curious about this as well. When I interviewed a few weeks back I was told TL pay is between $14-24 while senior pay is $16-26.

I mean, I know that technically any Team Lead is fulltime considered 32-40 hours. I've heard ETL HR say this many times but usually we get free roaming with our hours specially me and two others with our Senior hours. But I'd be hella pissed if they did this! Although I feel they would cut...

I don't really understand how experience pay works but I conversed a little about it during my offer process. These new pay grades are interesting!
