    This I was not aware of I thought all gas rnishment went through the courts first. This is good to know! And yes NEVER ignore legal letters no matter their origin unless its a scam of course. Thats just common sense.

    Fid you get a court date? They cannot garnish without serving you and going through the procesa. If you donr show up to your court date then yiu will get a letter co firming that the garniahment will happen and the details. Trust me there is no might in this you will know 100% before time...

    I had the change my deaired hours and submit a change of availability to reflect the mx hours I wanted. They still over scheduled me but it was way more managable.

    Most do it depends on how many you have if your over the cap you lose all but the cap.

    Our store has been doing this for over a year. It really doesnt do much we are to understaffed for any amount of time extenaion to make a difference.

    That isnt totally true actually I have gotten paid when averaging over 32 hours for the year. The kicker is yiu get paid if we are closed if your averaging high enough hours.     Hmm I will keep my ear to ground see if its just our store. I wouodnt be suprised if it was tbh. Thanks for the feedback! And I deffinitely agree there is no point for on demand if you make people work once a payperiod especially ig this is meant primarily for college people :/

    No set schedules again?

    So it seems the new schedule at least for my store is made by this new computer generation. I have minor changes but nothing big. Its actually more accurate to my desired hours. I hear etls ans sd can only make minor changes to the schedule but I havent heard what that entails. Its. Interesting.

    Saw a post on reddit spot is going back to non set schedules given the death of DBOs. From what they said it will be left to the computer to schedule and etls, sd, etc wony be fixing it to fit like before. Which explains the obsessive chasing of etls and hr to get peoples availability updated...

    That depends on the HR as long as its submitted on paper ours has no problem doing sick pay without a note especually if you arent a constant call off.
