FY 2023 Annual Pay and Performance - Team Members (PG35/38)

2.5%. A little bummed, but it is what it is. I'll be gone soon anyway. I I'm nearing the home stretch for a civil service job I applied and interviewed for. Also, I haven't actually gotten a review yet but found the raise on Workday

Time off request now through Mytime

And didn't they remove it from mytime self service? At least at my store they did. Not good.

Time off request now through Mytime

I've had the time off button on the bottom right for a few weeks, but it only gives the option to call in late or call out. I can update my availability though.

Time off request now through Mytime

Won't they have to let us do punch corrections on mytime too since the website is going defunct soon? I assume that'll be part of the new update on the 15th.

Time off request now through Mytime

It's letting me change availability, but not time off requests. Just call in late or absent.

Has your United Healthcare HRA balance transferred to Blue Cross Blue Shield HRA like it was supposed to?

I just realized my balance updated to $400, so it transferred over. I don't know when it happened, but that's a relief.

Merit Raises & Reviews: 2023 Edition

It seems like the backlash and the exodus of people quitting was too much to ignore. My store just got a base raise to $18/hr.

Target switching to BCBS for health insurance.

doesn't that go through express scripts though? This is more of an express scripts vs Caremark thing. Some things will be more, some things will be less. I have some prescriptions that are cheaper under express scripts.

Target switching to BCBS for health insurance.

So it's a little confusing. Even though the back of the card says Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota, the plan is under Alabama. Which makes sense, the card that was mailed came from their Birmingham office.

    Sick pay

Cool, my state already requires sick pay but I'm glad Target is expanding this to states that don't.

    Calling off through mytime

It gives you two options. Ill(self or dependent) or other.

    Calling off through mytime

I’m so glad this feature exists now because I have the worst cold, and I just changed carriers and I can‘t make calls for some reason. If you’re considering switching to Visible wireless, just don’t lol. The savings will be tempting, but it’s been such a hassle.

    Calling off through mytime

I'm sick and I used it this morning, but I see there's some problems with it so I called my store just to be safe. They saw that I called out, no issues. But maybe it's best to call the store until they address some of the problems.

    Calling off through mytime

I have the new call out feature. I don't know if everyone has it or if they're slowly rolling it out. Weren't we supposed to get the ability to request days off? I thought I read that somewhere.

Merit Raises & Reviews: 2023 Edition

Even if you get the highest raise you can get, it's a pay cut with inflation. An meanwhile it's companies like Target that reaped the rewards of inflation the most.

Merit Raises & Reviews: 2023 Edition

2% raise, lol. That's a 4% pay cut with inflation.

With Target moving to BCBS does anyone know if gender affirming care will be as good?

If you login to bullseyehealthspot.com, which is pretty much the main page for your health plan and benefits, there's an entire tab for gender affirming care. I haven't taken much of a look at it, but it's there for you to look into further.
