Has anyone heard anything about raises? Target just announced what a great profit they made in the last quarter. Just wondering if they are going to be giving the same crappy amounts.

Just spoke to a couple of leads yesterday about extra cash. They said they haven't heard a thing about it. Looks like we may not be getting it this year. Last year we got an extra dollar for working weekends.

Just spoke to our HR person yesterday. She confirmed we are to use the app. She did say that only ETLs can see it. Bummer for TLs.

Same here. I've been at Target 7 years and $15.61. No bonuses here either. They figure if you don't like it leave. They can replace us with someone at $15.

So, with inflation, a 2% raise is something like a 4% pay cut. I'm so excited.😑

Does anyone know what states/cities are getting automatic increases ($15-24) for tms? Haven't heard anything about those increases since it was originally reported.

Anyone know when evaluations/raises are coming? Also anyone have any idea of the percentage this year?

Only raise we got at our store was the annual increase, 1%, 3% and 5%. Most got 3% for a whopping 30 cents!

Just wondering if anyone could explain how vacation time is earned. I work approximately 15-18 hours a week and haven't earned any vacation in at least two years. I am a five year employee.

I agree. Knowing the who sometimes tells you the what. For instance, listing just consumables doesn't tell the whole story. It could be either open market or dry. I miss the weekly calendar schedule too. I used to talk directly to TMs about covering a shift instead of posting sometimes.

We usually have ours online by noon on Thursday. BUT no longer posted on paper. You have to have the app or look it up at store. So no one knows who is getting what hours/days unless they tell you. I think they did that so people wouldn't complain that some newbies/college people get more hours...

I checked Kronos and nothing showing. Went into work today and no schedule posted. Not sure what's up. I used to get it through MyTime but can't find it anymore.

Can anyone tell me where to find my schedule at home? I have always been able to access it but now can seem to find it.Went on workday but can only find pay info. Any help would be appreciated
