If it gets in late, HR can request a voucher. Happened to me. I put the request in on time and told HR. She got busy and forgot to OK it. So I got a voucher.
I make it simple. I go on break and/or meal every two hours. If I start at 10, first break is at 12, meal is at 2, second break is at 4, third break is at 6, and another meal at 8 if need be.
This is not an official Target site. We're just current and former team members shooting the shit. However, everything you are requesting is already done or is the corporate standard. Shift swapping changes are done through an app. Schedules are due 2 weeks in advance. Partial days off can be...
I don't remember the exact amount, but it's really cheap. You can get one free pair of contacts or glasses a year. A very cheap pair. If you want anything better, like say anti glare lenses or gradient lenses you'll have to pay for the extra expense. It's a great deal overall though. Ask Optical...

We're currently doing 60% of our daily sales after 4pm. I'm not there at night. I leave at 6 everyday. When I used to work the odd night shift, I remember the store always being dead. Seems crazy to me. I know we've increased the number of closing experts daily and most of style now works...
Sometime on Thursday afternoon/evening. It's typically up when I come in Friday morning. It will be delayed if there's a big visit that Wednesday or Thursday or if they need to totally redo much of the preset schedule. But, in those cases, it's been getting done on Fridays.
It used to be fairly...
