honesty

I'm a little bit at a loss on what to do in this scenario...also not sure how to title this thread, but here we go: Without giving too much away...a little background... I've been an overnighter for 17 years. I work from 9:30pm-8am. I very, very rarely miss work...like 1 call out a year tops...
