Heck, I've had people consistently not recognize me in store when I've been in non-work clothes. This was even before I started Deli, where I wear a hat all the time. There's just something about not being in red and khaki that throws some coworkers off completely.

I occasionally don't recognize TMs shopping in their street clothes right away. I'm just not used to seeing them not in the uniform
