My store just had another TPS transfer and turns out from Monday to Thursday we are going to be closing alone and will work from 7-11, Also my ETL AP wants us at the door from 8-10 and 10:30-11

Does anyone else have 4 hour closing shifts and if you do what do you realistically accomplish during that time?
I did one last week and was only able to complete the PITLOG and do a DPCI Audit and Merchandise Protect. I also have to complete my cosmetics/electronics card. Also I only work Tuesdays and Thursdays and he wants the cards done by Friday night.

1st, Yes, I occasionally have 4 hour closing shifts, but it's not very often (I normally get around 35-38 hrs/week).
With a 7-11:30 shift, there's really not too much that you can do, but I do the PIT log, if no one else did it during the day, research the variances to the best of my ability, then go where I feel that I would be most effective.
When I'm doing the PIT log, I'll generally carry a few medium and small Spider-wraps on me so I can wrap a few things that I come across that need it, and I make a note to check everything I walk by when doing the PIT log, even if it's not on the log, to make sure everything is wrapped correctly. When I can find one, I will also keep a MyDevise with me to scan variances to see last delivery and sold days, and to Research any high-value empty spots that happen to be next to a place on the PIT log.
If its a slow night, I'll be in the office with the cameras open on one computer while I work on clearing my back-log of cases that I need to write. If it's busy, I will generally spend about 15 minutes at each door, rotating when I deem it slow enough at the door to do so, and I will also do a number of floor walks to be visible and check on valuable merchandise.
Also, what are DPCI audits?
