And at a guess? I would say you don't have the hours required to be eligible. 401k is 1000 hours worked *and* a minimum of 6 months' employment.

Or maybe it's a page that has to be accessed from the TSC and not from a home computer or mobile device.

Just out of curiosity, because we did discuss this as a site due to the rise of people using their real name as their username, what more could we have done to prevent you from doing that? It’s in big bold text in multiple places. (Serious question)

You have to create an account with Hewitt, it will be your employee # and password you create .You have to register with the site to be able to access your benefits , do you contribute to the 401k ?

apply on the store computer first. 401K is amazing. 5 years and I was able to borrow 10K to pay for downpayment for a new home. I'm only a sales floor TM.
