Archived 5:30am Unload Captain?

Any GM members asked to come in at 5:30am to get the line set up? These are my other responsibilities.
Make sure unload gets done in a timely manner.

Tell others GM team members what to stock during the unload.

Doesn't this all this sound like responsibilities of a team lead? So am I going to have to do all this stuff without team lead pay then?

This is because TLs are not supposed to be on the line or part of the unload.

Good to know. I wasn't sure if this was my STLs doing or Corporate. It's really terrible we're not allowed to ask our immediate superior for help or assistance to do our jobs.
