Archived 5 weeks in and learning plan still not complete

I still have about 6 more things to do on my learning plan I honestly can't seem to find the time to do it, my ETL and I work opposite shifts and I only see my gsa for about 45 minutes before I have to leave. Will I get fired for not having it complete?
 
No, it's their responsibility to get your plan done not yours.
You might want to mention it to a TL you do come into contact with, see if they can help out.
 
I don't think it'll be a big deal. I have people on my team that have been trying to get a learning plan completed for 2 years. Training is not a priority.....unless someone is asked if it is.
