I was hired by Target in the mid part of October as a hard lines TM and have been mainly working salesfloor, market, elctronics, and
cashier occasionally. Now when I started my performance as I judged it was somewhat lackluster but has improved and I have been working nonstop since thanksgiving. Getting 10 hours overtime this week, I'm taking the intitative to get more hours and have the most overtime of anyone in the store. Anyway, I'm still not up to 90 days but just got promoted to electronics with a pay raise not including whatever I get for my 90 day evaluation. I was wondering if that is normal or if it is a sign that my LODs and TLs have judged me a good employee or whatever. I try to get feedback from people when I can but its been so busy at my store don't have time to really have a heart to heart with an LOD or TL.
