I was hired as a SFTM in Market a little over a month ago and saw they had pharmacy positions open. I was thinking of cross training, but should I wait until my probation is over to ask about cross-training, or just inquire about it at my store?

Since you are under 90 days, you may not be able to change work centers. But, if you are Stella tm, your upper mgt may say yes.
So go for it!
